The Great Beanscene Mix-up

Right, last night we started our four-week residency at the Beanscene in Shawlands. However due to crossed wires when we turned up we were informed that our residency didn’t start till NEXT week. The nice people at Beanscene did accommodate us so we piped out our YB tunes to a very appreciative crowd.

We’d like to apologise to anyone who came down to the Beanscene, looked at the board and saw we weren’t playing and then left extremely angry and disappointed (we’d know how you’d feel). Those looking to get their Bentines fix can boogie on down to the Beanscene in Shawlands next week and/or the week after and/or the week after and/or the week after.

Hello,

Cheers to those who braved the rain and hail to come down to our Linen gig last night, twas a bit of a strange one. I'm pretty sure it's the only YB gig so far (that I haven't done on my own) that didn't have a trumpet in it, apologies to anyone who came along expecting some brass.

Next up we have a month long Beanscene residency, starting on Tuesday the 12th and then every Tuesday after that till the 4th March. I'm going to be having coffee coming out of my ears! oh lol

Also on the 25th we're playing 'The Local' & on the 15th March we're playing on a Ferry.
