So what’s been happening?

Some things have changed since we last spoke, most significantly our band line up has been altered somewhat. We now are:

Martin (that’s me) – Piano / Vocals
Sarah – Trumpet / Vocals
Jonathan – Bass
Sorren – Guitar / Vocals
Lewis – Drums

We also now have a very handsome and hardworking manager in Ben Soep, no wait it IS Ben Soep.

Other changes include: Jonathan’s alcohol intake, the month & our thesixtyone.com position.

On the 29th February the lovely Chris McGarry invited me along to his flat to play a support slot for his band Washington Irving at their Leap Year Extravaganza Party. It was braw night, braw crowd and spiffing set from the Irving. So thanks Chris.

Now then, next week heralds the end of our very enjoyable Beanscene residency. Thanks to those very special people who have been there to see us EVERY SINGLE week, you know who you are. If you haven’t come along yet Tuesday is your last chance to see the YB rock the best coffee shop in the south side of Glasgow, it would be a shame to miss it.

Also, Check out YB rocking The Ferry on Saturday 15th March and if you live in Prestwick your excuse of ‘I don’t have enough money to make it to Glasgow’ just won’t fly as we’re playing the Eagle Tavern on the 13th (this Thursday).

Ciao for now,
